Dominique has represented South Africa in Artistic Gymnastics, Triathlon and Obstacle course racing.

She has been competing as an elite Obstacle Course Racer since 2013 and has claimed numerous podiums and race titles over the years, including age group podium finishes at World Championship races.

She has a BSc from the University of Utah and is a qualified Personal Trainer with over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, working with people of all ages and fitness levels.

Dominique is our head coach for the adult and kids classes and co-owner of OFCT. She is also actively involved in assisting the growth of Obstacle Course Racing in South Africa.

She has a passion for the sport and enjoys helping others overcome their own obstacles. She loves animals and outdoor adventures and will take on (almost) any challenge thrown her way 🙂

Nelius has been a competitive athlete for over 15 years, taking part in a variety of sports such as Trail & Road running, Triathlons, and now Obstacle Course Racing, claiming numerous poduims in all of these events.

He is also a very talented golfer, and has played provincial Golf for many years including competing in a few overseas competitions.

Nelius has an international qualification in Sports Management, a Coaching Diploma, B-Com Degree, and PGA of South Africa qualification.

He is a co-owner at OFCT, manages the weekly running sessions, and occasionally assists with the obstacles course classes as well.

Tom has been an Elite Obstacle course racer since 2016, competing in various OCRs around the country. He also represented South Africa at the OCR World Championships in 2017 & 2018.

Tom is a part-time coach at OFCT while also running his own Personal Training studio from home. He is a skilled handyman and helps out a lot obstacle building and maintenance.

Tom has a big heart and enjoys helping others achieve their goals. When he’s not doing OCR he dabbles in a bit of cricket and mountain biking and playing with his dogs.
